About.Me is an interactive exhibition about Generation Z’s Fashion Consumption Habits created and developed by Chico State student Alen Barbosa Pinto. Alen is a cultural anthropology major whose interests are research and visual ethnographic projects. A Dean’s list student, Alen is a very active student at Chico State. Along with several volunteering activities, she is a Global Ally for the Chico State International department. Together with fellow student Beatrix Teaney, she is the co-creator of the Chico State Cool Cat Closet Project.

A native of Brazil, Alen speaks three languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English and is currently enrolled in Italian classes. While in college, Alen has become a member of three honor societies: Phi Theta Kappa, Alpha Gamma Sigma and the NSLS.
